Data processed
Browsing data collected through technical cookies and, subject to consent, analytics cookies (see the Cookie Policy), and data voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form: full name, company or institution, email address, country, application field and message content.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact-form data is processed exclusively to answer information requests and to manage the subsequent commercial or technical contacts requested by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request). Browsing statistics are processed only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processing methods and external services
Requests submitted through the contact form are forwarded via the external service FormSubmit, which delivers the submitted data to the Controller's mailbox: data transits through the service provider's servers, possibly located outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Browsing statistics, where consented, are collected through Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) with anonymised IP addresses. No data is disseminated or processed for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Contact-request data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than the terms provided for by applicable law.
Data subject rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, users may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability by writing to automatasrl@automataelettronica.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
